Equipment Seller Freight Referral Program
Give customers one clear place to request freight pricing when an equipment order, rental, replacement part, return, or project delivery needs another option. Quote That Freight can provide manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and rental teams with a tracked customer link while their established carrier and logistics relationships stay in place.

Start with one customer shipment: request a tracked quote link, share it only when a customer needs another ordinary domestic freight option, and review whether the handoff reduces shipping questions. There is no exclusivity requirement, integration project, or need to replace a current provider.
Important: Quote That Freight is an independent freight quote intake and referral site operated by Pipsqueak Productions. Transportation is fulfilled by external providers under the selected provider’s terms. Quote That Freight is not a carrier or freight broker and does not accept dangerous goods or claim specialized handling credentials.
Copy-and-paste customer handoff
Use this in an order email, invoice, pickup instruction, rental return, parts notice, or customer-support reply. A custom company-specific link is available for partners that want referral attribution.
Who the referral program is for
- Industrial, warehouse, sports, event, AV, fitness, restaurant, laundry, and other commercial-equipment manufacturers or dealers
- Rental, refurbishment, service, and replacement-parts teams with occasional bulky, palletized, crated, urgent, or limited-access customer shipments
- Equipment marketplaces, dealer networks, and customer-support teams that want an optional human-reviewed domestic freight resource
How the one-customer pilot works
- Request a tracked customer linkSend the company name, website, equipment categories, current shipping process, and the best sales, operations, or customer-support contact.
- Choose the first use caseSelect one ordinary non-hazardous order, rental, return, replacement part, warehouse transfer, or customer-arranged shipment where another quote would be useful.
- Let the customer submit detailsThe customer sends the pickup and delivery ZIP codes, ready date, deadline, equipment description, dimensions, weight, loading, and access requirements directly to Quote That Freight.
- Review the resultThe seller keeps its current providers and decides whether the optional quote path was useful before sharing it again.
What Quote That Freight collects
Quote That Freight collects the shipment details that often slow equipment freight: origin and destination, ready date, delivery deadline, equipment or part description, piece count, packed dimensions, total weight, loading responsibility, dock or liftgate needs, appointments, limited-access rules, project contacts, and photos or specifications when useful.
The seller does not have to quote, book, or manage the shipment through this program. The customer works directly with Quote That Freight, and the seller can keep every established carrier, broker, installer, rigger, packer, and local delivery relationship unchanged.
What to include in a partner request
A short company-level request is enough to prepare a first pilot. Do not send customer records or shipment data until a real customer independently chooses to request a quote.
- Company name and website
- Equipment, rental, or parts categories
- Typical shipment size and domestic service area
- Current shipping or delivery page, if one exists
- Best sales, operations, shipping, or customer-support contact
- Preferred place to share the customer link
- One ordinary non-hazardous use case for the pilot
Do not send customer lists, passwords, regulated records, or private account data. Quote That Freight only needs company context until a customer chooses to submit a real shipment request. Dangerous goods, permit-controlled freight, customs brokerage, and unsupported specialist services are outside this program.
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace our current carriers or logistics providers?
No. Keep every provider and use the customer link only as an additional quote path when another option may help.
Does the equipment seller have to quote or manage the shipment?
No. The customer submits shipment and contact details directly to Quote That Freight and works through the resulting quote conversation.
Can we test it with one customer?
Yes. A one-customer or one-shipment pilot is the preferred starting point.
Do we need to share customer data?
No. Do not provide customer lists or records. A customer shares their own information only if they choose to request a quote.
What freight is outside the program?
Dangerous goods, permit-controlled freight, customs brokerage, regulated-data handling, and any service requiring credentials that have not been verified are outside the program.
