Auctioneer Freight Referral Program
Give winning bidders one clear place to request freight pricing when they need another option. Quote That Freight provides auction companies, liquidators, and auction platforms with a custom buyer link and a printable bidder card, while your existing shipping providers stay in place.

Start with one auction: request a custom buyer link, share it with one winning bidder, and see whether the handoff reduces shipping questions. There is no exclusivity requirement and no need to replace an existing provider list.

Use this in a winner email, paid invoice, pickup instruction, or bidder-support reply. A custom company-specific link is available for partners that want referral attribution.
Who the referral program is for
- Industrial, machinery, farm, restaurant, medical, and commercial-equipment auctioneers with buyer-arranged freight
- Liquidators and consignment teams that need a backup quote path for bulky, palletized, crated, or time-sensitive lots
- Auction software, marketplace, and bidder-communication teams that want a simple freight resource to share after a sale
How the one-auction pilot works
- Request the partner kitSend the auction company name, website, typical lot types, current shipping-resource page if one exists, and the best operations or buyer-support contact.
- Receive the buyer linkQuote That Freight prepares a shareable buyer URL and a one-page bidder freight card for email, invoices, pickup instructions, or the auction website.
- Refer one real shipmentA winning bidder submits the route, lot, removal deadline, dimensions, weight, loading plan, and contact details directly to Quote That Freight.
- Review the resultThe auction company can decide whether the backup path was useful before sharing it with another bidder or auction.
What Quote That Freight handles
Quote That Freight collects the shipment details that often slow buyer-arranged freight: auction and lot information, origin and destination, removal date, dimensions, weight, piece count, loading responsibility, rigging or forklift status, release paperwork, appointments, and site contacts.
The auction company does not have to quote the load or promise transportation. The buyer works directly with Quote That Freight, and the auctioneer can keep its established shipping, packing, rigging, and local-hauler relationships unchanged.
What to include in a partner request
A short request is enough to prepare the first pilot. Include the information below so the buyer link and bidder card can match the auction company’s workflow.
- Auction company and website
- Typical equipment or lot categories
- Current shipping or hauler page, if any
- Best operations or buyer-support contact
- Preferred place to share the buyer link
- One upcoming auction to use as a pilot
Do not send bidder lists or customer records. Quote That Freight only needs the auction-company context until a buyer chooses to submit a shipment request.
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace our current shippers or haulers?
No. The program is designed as an additional buyer-arranged quote option. Keep every provider, packer, rigger, and hauler you already use.
Does the auction company have to quote or manage the shipment?
No. The buyer submits shipment details directly to Quote That Freight. The auction company can simply share the buyer link or bidder card.
Can we test the program with one auction?
Yes. A one-auction or one-bidder pilot is the preferred starting point.
What information is tracked?
The custom link can identify the referring auction company and campaign. The buyer still provides their own shipment and contact details when requesting a quote.
Can the link be used in invoices or post-sale emails?
Yes. It can be shared in post-sale email, invoices, pickup instructions, bidder resources, or a shipping page when that placement fits the auction company’s process.
